The Plaza is extra lively during the Christmas 🎄 season. You have to love all the lights and wonderfully cheerful locals. There are so many shops! All your favorites are nearby. There are so many restaurants too.

The place were we witnessed the fireworks display for the New Years 2024 in Barcelona,Spain. The place was secured by the police around the areas for the people's safety. It was great so far. Great place to welcome the year 2024:-)

Xmas day🎄. It is hard for me to write a bad review but... Very disappointed!!! 😔This is the heart of Barcelona!!! They might had performances b4 Xmas but on Xmas day, but the most important day of these Holidays (25th of December), the square was such a bad vibe and dull. My village up on the mountains has better atmosphere then Barcelona!!!! 👎

Very beautiful city Barcelona ,I really love plaza catalunya because you are in literally the center of Barcelona with a lot of shopping centers and a few minutes walks to trains metro bus ,and if you walk straight towards the gothic center you’ll be in port of Barcelona a very beautiful area to be or visit .

One of the Barcelona landmarks, it’s surrounded by so many restaurants, hotels, cafes, shops and everything you need. There are bus stops for the Barcelona sightseeing buses, and also if you’re leaving to the airport you can take a bus from here. This landmark point also regularly/normally for meeting point or starting point for the tourist guided from all around the world. BUT, you must be extra careful, always have your belongings in your sight perimeter, there are many robbers and often there are beggars talking to you rudely asking for money. I experienced it by myself when I drop off from A1 airport bus 3am in the morning.

I think you'd have to say its 5 star just for the relaxation it brings families and locals to relax in some space and admire the architecture and the Barcalona sky in the bustling city. I enjoyed an evening walk to there and around it.
